[Python-apps-team] Bug#747381: planet-venus: please move experimental version to unstable

I recently fixed an issue[1] in Planet Debian. During the process I
noticed an issue in the planet-venus package, I get many crashes in the
log file like this. If I run similar commands in the python console I
get the same error. To reproduce, use the script at [2]. The version of
planet-venus in Debian experimental fixes this error. This is required
for Planet Debian to switch to using the Debian package in the future.
