It seems upstream docs indicate either xsltproc or python-libxslt.

It seems that the latter, which is recommended, isn't installed on your system (if the same as the machine where reportbug ran):

Could you check if this solves the problem for you (I don't have the means to reproduce such a setup, I'm afraid) ?

I'm downgrading the severity as I suspect it's not very widespread to use XSLT with planet-venus.

Also, may I suggest to check if the version that just landed in unstable has the same issue/solution.
