[Python-apps-team] Bug#766316: subdownloader: Fails to download substitles when having an accent in the path "=?UTF-8?Q?=C3=A9?="

I tried to reproduced the bug on Ubuntu, but with no success. So I can't
fix this bug. At least I can Upstream the package for you, and then someone
fix the bug. Do someone have any idea to fix it?
