Package: pytimechart
Version: 1.0.0~rc1-3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I installed pytimechart, and tried to run it but it fails with this error:

$ pytimechart

  File "/usr/bin/pytimechart", line 5, in <module>

The python-pil package *is* installed:

$ dpkg -l python-pil
