Hello,
currenly cython is not installable, preventing numpy to be built:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libstdc++6 : Breaks: cython (<= 0.22.1-1) but 0.22.1-1 is to be installed.
Unable to resolve dependencies!  Giving up...
