[Python-apps-team] Bug#777514: puddletag: Please, remove me from uploaders of puddletag

Hi.

I am currently quite short on time and have never been active maintaining
puddletag (Sandro has been doing all the nice work). Therefore, I think that
it would be better to reflect reality and drop me from the list of
uploaders.

I hope to become more active in the Python packaging in the not-so-distant
future, but, right now, my time is quite limited.
