[Python-apps-team] Bug#779321: slimit: Please provide python-slimit and python3-slimit

Package: slimit
Version: 0.8.1-1
Severity: important

python-django-pipeline and python3-django-pipeline support using the
slimit Python API directly. As in it contains the following line:

"from slimit import minify"

As such slimit should be packaged as a Python library, and come supplied
with a python2-slimit and a python3-slimit package.
