Dear Maintainer,

pyflakes3 manpage is currently just a symlink to pyflakes (Python2)
manpage; that lets users erroneously thinks that pyflakes3
can only check Python2 source files.

Removing debian/links and adding a new sed one-liner
to debian/rules should do the trick.

sed 's/Python 2/Python 3/' < pyflakes.1 > pyflakes3.1
