There are two identical copies of the changelog in 
/usr/share/doc/cppman:

$ cd /usr/share/doc/cppman
$ zcat changelog.gz | md5sum - ChangeLog
40f75800403094f37000436e6d9d0e8e  -
40f75800403094f37000436e6d9d0e8e  ChangeLog


Please only ship one copy of the changelog.
