Control: retitle 775719 beets: Please package newer upstream 1.3.15
beets upstream is now up to 1.3.15, seven releases past the current Debian
package. A little local experimentation suggests that it should be fairly easy
to update the package, *except* that it does have a new unpackaged dependency,
jellyfish[1]. I personally don't have enough Python background to maintain
such a package, but I was able to trivially package it with python-stdeb. I
think it would be low maintenance overhead for Python package maintainers.
Other than that, the new upstream version lets you drop both patches applied in
1.3.8+dfsg-2, and it does solve bugs #792060 (RC), #757516, and I think #785903
(not checked in detail). There is a new test failure in test_nonexistent_file,
unfortunately.
