[Python-apps-team] Bug#833403: disper: Uses max refresh rate instead of default

When I run

    disper -d LVDS1,HDMI1 -e -t right

I see that it has set the refresh rate for HDMI1 to 119.99 instead of to 60.00.
My projector simply does not detect a signal.  If I use lxrandr's auto
selector, or disper and then lxrandr to switch to refresh rate of 60, then that
works.  But just running disper results in no display.
