[Python-apps-team] Bug#829439: [sponsor] Packaged third-party ‘jquery-throttle-debounce’ library, version “1.1+dfsg.1-1”

Howdy,

I have packaged the third-party library ‘jquery-throttle-debounce’,
version “1.1+dfsg.1-1”. This will resolve bug#829407 which in turn
will make the library available as a Debian package.

The package needs a sponsor into Debian; I would appreciate your
assistance getting this package into Debian to help resolve this bug.
