[Python-apps-team] Bug#832323: irker: Can't enable irker service with systemctl

Dear Maintainer,

When trying to enable irker service with systemctl, an error occurs:

root at prism:/var/log/exim4# systemctl enable irker

I'm not sure though if it's a package problem or only related to my system.
