kuper recommends python-wnck, which is long deprecated and going
to be removed from the archive. It should switch to using the
GObject Introspection bindings from gir1.2-wnck-3.0.

This would mean switching to GObject Introspection for other bindings
as well, e.g. GLib and GTK+, so making the switch to GTK+ 3 at the
same time would make a lot of sense.

Please try to do this before the Stretch release as we're going to
try to remove it this cycle.
