Dear Maintainer,

Kupfer is alive! I created Kupfer but didn't have time to continuously
improve it (not that it needed that, for me). The time has finally come
that it needed to be updated to the current decade's technologies, which
means Python 3, gobject introspection and Gtk 3, and 4-space tabs ;)

That's great. Some things are still unfinished, since it's just coming
back. Just a few things that would aggravate a debian maintainer,
I guess: I didn't have time to update the build system; it seems to
require Python 2 to run the whole build correctly.
