[Python-apps-team] Bug#852241: beets fails to move album when modifying artist

I'm trying to use the "modify" command to change the artist for an
album that was mis-tagged.  The manual page for this command says:

  "Items will automatically be moved around when necessary if they're
   in your library directory, but you can disable that with -M."

However, when I fix the artist, the album is not moved to the correct
directory for the artist:
