[Python-apps-team] Bug#865453: Please package new upstream version 0.26 (in experimental?)

Dear maintainer,

I am sending this now as an early hint that we will need Cython 0.26 for
sagemath 8.0, which requires the two pull requests

Currently we are using a patched Cython 0.25.2 package. The two pull
requests were merged in Cython 0.26.alpha0. It would be helpful for us
if you would provide the alpha version (or a beta or the final version
if you want to wait more) in experimental (then we could upload sagemath
8.0.beta to experimental).
