[Python-apps-team] mugshot package dependencies

Greetings,

On Debian Stable, the mugshot package does not work without the
*accountsservices* package installed, but it is not a dependency for
mugshot. If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you add accountsservices
as a dependency for the package?
