At https://anonscm.debian.org/ is text saying an archive of VCS repositories can be found on https://alioth-archive.debian.org/ But under https://alioth-archive.debian.org/svn/ is _no_ pelican.tar.xz Unless a pelican SVN repo shows up, I will make git repo from scratch.
