[Python-apps-team] Migrating cycle and pondus from SVN to Git

Hi Miriam,

since I got no response about pondus I've taken over it to Debian Med
team Git on salsa.  It would be nice if you would remove it from SVN
since I can't and this would make sure nobody does useless work on it.
