[Python-apps-team] Bug#901131: W: 09:02:07 Plugin directory '/usr/lib/picard/contrib/plugins' doesn't exist

Package: picard
Version: 1.3.2-5
Severity: normal

picard "randomly" (most often when switching desktops) crashes. running it in a terminal
outputs a message like this when it does so:

   W: 09:02:07 Plugin directory '/usr/lib/picard/contrib/plugins' doesn't exist
: Fatal IO error: client killed

Creating the directory seems to "fix" this issue.
