[Python-apps-team] Bug#912855: subdownloader: search by movie name with chinese character cause the program to exit

Dear Maintainer,

    * What led up to the situation?

Insert a Chinese character in the "Search by movie name"

    * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
      ineffective)?

insert a Chinese character like 爱

    * What was the outcome of this action?

the message "The server is momentarily unavailable. Please try later." 
and then the program exit

    * What outcome did you expect instead?

the search to be completed.

The following is my config file:
