I have added:
deb [check-valid-until=no] 
https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20161119T034036Z/ testing main

to my /etc/apt/sources.list, and installed the version 2.0.18-2.1

$ dpkg -l subdownloader
ii  subdownloader  2.0.18-2.1

I have verified that I have the same error
