I had a fix for this in the Ubuntu PPA packages of 0.11:

FWIW upstream version 0.11.2 dropped the help files altogether (the only
help page it had -- keyboard shortcuts -- was replaced by the new GTK+
keyboard shortcuts window widget) so this bug will become irrelevant
when that version is uploaded.
