[Python-apps-team] Bug#917468: Status 4 jan

Status 4 januari  (previos posting was 28 december)

Wanted goal is having "upstream" and "debian" in 1 gbp repository.

The "debian" and "upstream" are available in 2 separate git repos.

With help of `gbp import-dscs --debsnap` is build how
the "tree" generated by `gitk` should like.


The work that is now going on is "slide together" / "zip up"
the "debian" and "upstream" repository.

And it will involve handling of git tags.
