[Python-apps-team] Bug#919640: mu-editor: Fail to start because matlotlib==2.2.2 is not found

Package: mu-editor
Version: 1.0.1+dfsg-1

Running mu-editor in Buster today result in a DistributionNotFound
exception stating that "The 'matplotlib==2.2.2' distribution was not
found and is required by mu-editor".

Checking dependencies, I notice python3-matplotlib version 3.0.2-2 is
installed.
