[Python-apps-team] Bug#920480: Build-Depends on twill going to be removed from the archive

Hi,

For the reasons stated in #920398, as  twill maintainer I have asked for it to
be removed from  the archive. However your package Build-Depends  on it. Would
it be possible to remove it?
