[Python-apps-team] Bug#932867: mugshot: not in Buster

Dear maintainers,

For some reason, mugshot was migrated to Testing and removed from Buster.

Since it is a program that affects one of the features of the Whisker 
menu, widely used in Xfce, I think it would be important to review its 
removal from Buster.
