[Python-apps-team] Bug#945165: Broken localisation

The localisation is broken. I think the .po files mainly need to be
refreshed since the bookletimposer.ui file lines have changed since
version 0.2

The underlying mechanism works though, as I had a very partial
translation when I tested it in a French VM.
