[Python-apps-team] New team member

Hi, i'm coursing  software engineer, from brazil, and  I begun study about
python and free software  , and i'm interested in help the community as a
maintainer debian packages. Therefore i wish, join me to teams PAPT and
DPMT. Here, near where i sudy we have a community Debian (Debian Brasilia)
,  and one of our member is a DD , he name is Lucas Kanashiro, and he could
(assist/patronize) my packages.
