[Python-apps-team] Bug#942408: prospector: new upstream version

Version: 0.12.7-2.1
Severity: wishlist

There is a new upstream version of prospector available at the time of this
writing: 1.1.7 (with a development version of 1.12.0 in sight). [0]

It is quite likely that this would fix a lot of bugs, including the very
serious ones that are affecting the pre-1.0 version that is available in our
repos.

It would be lovely to have a new version packaged.
