I have also problem when recording desktop screen with kazam.

Kazam supports the following keyboard shortcuts:

   - Windows key + CTRL + R = Start recording
   - Windows key + CTRL + P = Pause recording, press again to resume
   - Windows key + CTRL + F = Finish recording
   - Windows key + CTRL + Q = Quit recording

BUT MY PROBLEM RECORDING SCREENCAST WITH KAZAM (Debian Buster Desktop) is
that 60fps recording in not smooth.
After recording I play video and video isn't smooth as in Debian Stretch...
