[Python-apps-team] Bug#940981: doconce: should this package be removed?

Hello,
as part of https://wiki.debian.org/Python/2Removal i noticed doconce, and i
believe we should remove it from Debian:

- last upload to debian 7 years go
- low popcon
- Uploader seems to have lost interest in Debian
- python2 only (in debian)
- upstream has a new home https://github.com/hplgit/doconce that supports p3k,
  but someone has to step up and upload it

if i dont hear back with a good reason to keep this package in Debian within a
week, i will ask for its removal.
