[Python-apps-team] Bug#955346: rabbitcs-thunar: Don't depend on thunarx-python (python2)

I think this fix is a bit wrong. I don't think rabbitvcs-thunar does
anything useful without the Python package.

apt will keep a recommended removed package installed upon upgrade,
but the removed package cannot receive security or bugfix updates. The
package is unsupported and we shouldn't encourage users to have
unsupported packages silently kept on upgrade.

I do understand that the NEW queue can be frustrating to deal with, so
as long as the python package is fixed before the Bullseye release,
then I'm ok with this fix for now.
