[Python-apps-team] Bug#956545: preprocess: Please consider removing this package

Dear package proprocess maintainer in Debian,

I just took a look at this package, finding that

* It saw no upload since initial upload back in 2011
* Its upstream has no activity since 2009
* It depends on python2, which is due to be removed in this cycle

As a result, I believe your package is suitable to be removed from Debian
archive.

I will be filing a removal request 21 days later (after May 03, 2020). If you
have any doubts, please let me know *immediately* so that we could find a
proper solution timely.
