[Python-apps-team] Bug#963584: handle broken XML in PO gracefully

Hi,

I clean up the xml and the po file so they both less than 1k, and still
reproducing the original issue.
ctxt.doc().freeDoc() need to be remove so that there is not exception
It feels like remove the freeDoc() is wrong.

It seems the xml and po file have nothing wrong to me.
