[Python-apps-team] Bug#951983: ImportError: No module named cachecontrol

Apparently pydoctor, which is used to format some API documentation
for git-buildpackage, wants cachecontrol. Which was removed from the
archive.

I am getting autoremoval warnings because my package depends on
git-buildpackage (which it runs, as a command line program). I don't
really know anything about pydoctor and I am poor as a python
programmer.

At least the pydoctor python3 port is in progress:
  https://github.com/twisted/pydoctor/issues/96

Is anyone going to be trying to fix pydoctor in sid soon ?
If not, Guido, would you welcome an NMU to temporarily disable the
relevant documentation generation ?

Thanks,
Ian.

(CCing various people who helped last time pydoctor broke...)
