Hi,

currently, alot is unable to handle emails with:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"; format="flowed"

Example:

"Mit freundlichen Gr��en" gets rendered where it should say "Mit
freundlichen Grüßen"

Luckily there is a patch that fixes this problem:

Can we backport this patch?
