[Python-apps-team] Update fdroidserver in buster

Hello,

The version of fdroidserver currently packaged in buster 
(1.1.4-1~deb10u1) does not work with the current fdroiddata repository.
Most commands fail with this error:
> CRITICAL: 'MTuf45ZvxhMWWo4v8YBbFDTLsFcGtpcPNT' is not a valid Litecoin address in com.readrops.app. Regex pattern: ^L[a-zA-Z0-9]{33}$

Do you think it would be possible to backport 1.1.6-1 to buster-backports?
