[Python-apps-team] Pkg gufw requires package "x11-xserver-utils"

Hi all,
this is Debian bullseye. Under wayland, /usr/bin/gufw calls "xhost"
which is in the package "x11-xserver-utils" or it will fail.
(https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=864603)

Unfortunately, "x11-xserver-utils" is not recorded as a dependency of
gufw and not necessarily installed on all systems. I got just bitten by
this. Can we fix up the dependency information in bullseye? That would
be awsome :).
