Drop support for older Python versions

Howdy all,

Upcoming versions of ‘python-daemon’ will drop support for older
Python versions. Which Python versions are you needing to run
‘python-daemon’ on?

Ongoing work to add features (such as setting supplementary groups on
the daemon process) and allow maintainability (such as supporting
Python 3) will be made *much* simpler if the code base can drop
support for older Python versions.

I am working on a forthcoming 1.6.x series, and ideally it will drop
support for Python 2.6 and older. Would that be acceptable to all of
you?
