[Python-modules-team] Bug#399934: Should only provide ${python:Provides}

This module provides python2.3-ipy, python2.4-ipy but it should only
provides ${python:Provides} to avoid providing versions of the module that it
is no more providing because we dropped them from the set of supported versions
(as is the case with python2.3 in unstable).

Only "severity: minor" because python-support in fact provides the modules
for all installed versions that are supported and this is an arch: all
module.
