[Python-modules-team] Bug#457060: move include files to /usr/include

Package: python-numpy
Version: 1:1.0.4-3
Severity: normal
--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
the files like arrayobject.h, arrayscalars.h etc. used to be in:
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/numpy/core/include/numpy/
now they are in
/usr/share/python-support/python-numpy/numpy/core/include/numpy/
and
/var/lib/python-support/python2.4/numpy/core/include/numpy/
(symlinks)
but include files must be placed in /usr/include, following the FHS.
Other python-related packages place them in /usr/include/python2.x or
in /usr/include/pysomething.
Let's fix that - but it can maybe be done in two weeks, when numpy hits
testing.
