[Python-modules-team] Bug#435410: Please use libYAML

Please compile PyYAML with LibYAML (not in Debian ATM); it could speed
things up a lot, but usage is completely optional. (to you PyYAML with
libYAML if it's installed, you have to specify a different
Dumper/Loader.)
