[Python-modules-team] Bug#488453: [python-scipy] python-scipy-core transition package

There is a package python-scipy-core in the archive that python-scipy
conflicts and replaces.  I have filed Bug#48845 to ask that
python-scipy-core be removed. Please can python-scipy provide a transition
package for users upgrading from etch to lenny.
