Unfortunately, the fixed version has not migrated yet from
testing-proposed-updates due to a missing ia64 build. For now, please
bear with us, and manually get the package from:

http://http.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/matplotlib/python-matplotlib-data_0.98.1-1+lenny3_all.deb
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/matplotlib/python-matplotlib_0.98.1-1+lenny3_i386.deb
(or change i386 to your architecture).

Use dpkg -i <debfiles> to install them.

Thanks.

Kumar
