I received this bug report : http://bugs.debian.org/522883 and we've had the 
issue in several (debian) packages which live under the logilab (python) 
package : having the logilab python package (shipped by 
python-logilab-common) managed with python-support and subpackages managed by 
python-central does not work. 

Consequently we've repackaged the modules and applications living under the 
logilab package, but I had forgotten about python-constraint... 

Btw, why did you change that ? (this is not a flame or anything, just 
curiosity).

Now I cannot even use dcut to clean up the bits of packages that have been 
uploaded... <sigh>
