Package: python-numpy
Version: 1:1.3.0-2
Severity: serious
Hi,
while building the new version of gdal, that package FTBFS with this
error:
cc1plus: warning: command line option "-Wdeclaration-after-statement" is valid for C/ObjC but not for C++

This directly hints to the suspection that the new version of
python-numpy caused that, so filing the bug against this package.
