I've already rebuilt it from current SVN trunk with your debian/
packaging ;-)

apparently in revision 103 Filip have done heavy refactoring of pywt, so
my bugs are somewhat obsolete since mechanism for pruning has been
changed considerably. I've emailed Filip asking on what is the desired
'workflow' now ;-)
