[Python-modules-team] Bug#538599: python-numpy: cfunc.h missing in /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/numpy/core/include/numpy

I think this bug may be related to #507746.  When I try to build a package that includes libnumarray.h, the build fails because cfunc.h does not exist in /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/numpy/core/include/numpy.
